ECONOMY PROMO – Fare Rules

Ticketing:  Ticket is issued immediately after payment is processed.

Refund/Cancellations:  Non-refundable/Not permitted.

Rebooking:  Changes are not permitted.

Name change:  Not permitted.

No-show:  Ticket is non-refundable in case of no-show. Charge 100%. In case of no-show, the onward or return reservations will be cancelled. Charges shall not be waved for medical reasons.

Seat selection:  Seat could be selected for a fee.

Cabin baggage:  1 cabin baggage up to 7 kg, 55x35x25 cm.

Checked baggage allowance:  No free checked baggage allowance.

Passengers contacts (e-mail address and mobile telephone number) shall be entered in the bookings during the reservation process (Please check GullivAir personal data protection policy). In case of changes, delays or cancellations, passengers will be notified directly at the contacts provided. GullivAir shall not be liable for any damages arising from the failure to comply with the above requirements, as it cannot fulfil its obligation to inform passengers of operational changes or disruptions, in case passenger contacts are not in the reservation.

Rebooking:  Change of date/flight permitted no later than 72h before departure. Charge 60 Euro for adult/child and infant occupying a seat, free for infants without a seat. Price difference shall be paid. The charge will apply per adult/child/infant with a seat for each transaction. New fare has to be equal or higher than the previously ticketed one. In case the new fare is lower, the residual value should remain non-refundable. When fares are combined, the most restrictive fare conditions apply. If only one fare component is being changed, the fare rules of the changed fare component will apply. Changes are not permitted in case of no-show. No rerouting.

ECONOMY FLEX - Fare Rules

Ticketing:  Ticket is issued immediately after payment is processed.

Refund/Cancellations:  Refundable no later than 24h before departure. Charge 50 Euro per ticket, per passenger. For a partially used ticket, the refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey flown in the same or next available higher RBD plus the applicable charges. When combining fares, the most restrictive cancellation conditions apply for the entire pricing unit. Rebooking charges cannot be refunded. Refund of unused YQ as well as additional services (extras) not permitted. For tickets used beyond turn around – no refund permitted.
